Brief Introduction of Correct Installation Method for Diesel Generator in Use

Diesel generator is the equipment that many manufacturers need to use now. For the protection of power use, correct installation is the key step to ensure smooth use. The following diesel generator customer service will give you a brief introduction to the installation of diesel power.

1. Pipe.

1) Pipelines should be selected according to irrelevant standards in the field. 2) The exterior laid pipes should be precisely supported and firm. 3) Pipeline must be grounded. 4) Pipelines should be laid fragmentally before the cable is introduced. 5) There should be up to 40% space in the pipeline. 6) The inner bend radius of elbow is not less than 2.5 times the outer diameter of pipeline. 7) Pipeline fragments should prevent dust and water from entering. But ventilation outlets are planned at the highest and lowest points of the pipeline. 8) Open-type piping should be made up of good fire protection data.

2. Wire groove.

1) Steel grooves shall comply with irrelevant rules and specifications. 2) Sufficient tortuous radius should be ensured in the installation. 3) Similar to steel pipelines, the use of steel slots as conductor maintenance data is in line with the rules of irrelevant wiring, but can not be used as extinguishing protection. 4) Up to 45% of the space in the groove. 5) The groove should be supported accurately and firmly. 6) Line groove cover should not be placed under the line groove. When passing through walls, floors and ceiling, the line groove cover should be tight. 7) Vertically inserted slots should have proper thermal insulation data outside to avoid overheating in the top area.

Third, the line is cut off.

Different routes and cables should be cut off to avoid electrical and physical warfare. There are three types of routes defined in the standard: 1) high-voltage routes (fire or emergency lighting routes) powered by the main power supply. 2) Ultra-low voltage or communication lines (e.g. telephone, location and data transmission fragments) powered by Ping An power supply. 3) Fire or emergency lighting routes.

4. Cable disc.

1) The most common method is to lay the cable on the row-hole cable tray. 2) Cables should be displayed horizontally with a maximum fastening distance of 450 mm. 3) The support spacing of cable disc is generally 1200 mm. 4) The cable disc should have sufficient strength, and when selecting the type, it should be ensured that it has the rated cable acceptance capacity of 25% close to the load-carrying cable.

V. Cable trench

1) The cable trench in the generator room and the installation room should be blockaded, with mixed soil or patterned iron plate cover. 2) When cable trench is built, the maximum cable radius should be minimized. 3) Even if the cable trench can be straight, the surface of the cable trench is smooth and smooth with a certain slope, that is, water and oil can be drained to the sewage collection trough.

6. Open laying.

1) Armored barrier cables can be indirectly laid in the open, and should be 75 mm thick. 2) The distance between the upper and lower voltage cables in the cable trench or only laid in the open is between 160 mm and 400 mm. 3) When the route, passage or construction structure is open, the cable shall be installed through conduits or protective devices to prevent the damage of the machine. 4) Reserve certain space for future cable laying.
